By using Kogface, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms and that you will use our services only for lawful purposes in accordance with all applicable local and international laws.

2. Usage Policy

You must not use the API for unauthorized surveillance or illegal tracking.
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your end-users for biometric processing.
Rate limits must be respected; attempting to bypass limits is a violation of these terms.

3. Fees and Billing

Kogface operates on a subscription and usage-based model. Failure to pay fees may result in immediate suspension of API access. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kogface provides infrastructure "as-is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
