Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 27, 2026. At Kogface, we prioritize the security and privacy of your biometric data. This policy outlines how we handle data within our infrastructure.

1. Data Collection

Kogface operates as a biometric infrastructure provider. When you use our API, we process images to generate mathematical vectors. We do not store raw images unless explicitly requested via our storage add-on.

  • Biometric Vectors: Mathematical representations of facial features (non-reversible).
  • Metadata: Usage logs, timestamps, and API keys used for request authentication.
  • Account Data: Information provided during registration (email, billing details).

2. Data Security

All data transmitted to Kogface is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Biometric vectors are stored in encrypted D1 databases with strict access controls and multi-tenant isolation.

"We implement a zero-trust architecture. No human, including Kogface employees, can access raw customer biometric records without explicit authorization and audited access keys."

3. Global Data Transfers

Kogface uses a global edge network. While processing happens at the nearest edge location, account and billing data may be stored in regions compliant with GDPR and international privacy standards.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to export, delete, or modify your data at any time via the Kogface Dashboard or API. Requests for data deletion are processed immediately across our entire edge network.
